These workshops are intended to reflect on the current situation of youth after the crisis and to find tools that will allow us to design the appropriate action programmes for this population.

We will discuss the role of insertion companies as one of the most efficient vehicles for social and labour insertion from different points of view, as well as corporate social responsibility as the only option for a sustainable economy over time.

In view of this situation, the creation of new proposals for workforce training and integration of these groups is increasingly more necessary, which makes it a priority to propose structural reforms to the current systems.

On the other hand, corporations and economic sectors clash between the necessary and the convenient.

Youth, women, elderly, etc., are the most unprotected groups in this situation.

What can be done to avoid it?

Is social responsibility a formula?

Are labour insertion companies an effective vehicle?
