THE PROGRAMME CEFOL

With the opening of the first integral centre of formation and labour orientation, CEFOL, in Málaga, a collaborative centre of the Andalusian Ministry of Justice, we try to provide knowledge and formation for young people, having in mind their real insertion at the job market. For this:

• We supply these young people with resources and abilities, in order for them to acquire an active and productive attitude for the job search.
• We orientate and accompany them to the different places of job possibilities, adequate to their profile.
• We perform a special effort to prevent the social and labour exclusion of these young people that show situations of risk.

THE PROGRAMME "Clave"

"Clave" is a project which is devised and developed by ADIS Medridianos in order to avoid relapses and to endeavour the social and labour insertion of the young people which are in their ultimate phase of serving their sentence in concept of open prison.

The young people which have access to this space have been selected according to two criterions: Their behaviour in the previous stage and their attitude in this new project.

Through a progressive recuperation of their personal autonomy, it is about a programme which prepares the young people to their release or to change to serving their sentence in open prison.

THE PROGRAMME "Link"

The programme "Link" is an innovative project of intervention for young offenders who serve their sentence in concept of open prison with other young people as core of education of the cohabit. "Link" is a preventive programme with the aim to develop, from an integral point of view, the possibilities of insertion and reinsertion into society in social, labour and educative areas and to avoid these activities which oblige to measurements with internment.

BASIC PROGRAMME OF INTERVENTION OF MINOR OFFENDERS

Meridianos manages, together with the Andalusian Ministry of Justice and the Department of Youth Reform, special projects with which they offer the following:

• On one hand, the serving of sentences in concept of open prison and on the other hand, they prepare the young people to a normalised future.
• Our basic programme of intervention to serve sentences in open prison answers to the penal demand of the law for minors as well as to the educative component of insertion and integration in society.
• Our basic programme is based in a educative intervention which facilitates the capacity of young people in all these fields which determine a change in their behaviours and attitudes.

According to this understanding it is fundamental that the intervention corresponds to values, socializing, health attitudes and family life, as well as to education and labour formation, always having in mind the social, educative and labour reinsertion of the young people
