Second International Symposium on Juvenile Justice

Contents

The SIJUVI is a scientific/technical conference aimed at presenting the latest advances and results in juvenile violence, highlighting European trends regarding abidance with legal measures adopted and consolidation of criteria for improved resolution of a serious problem which must be addressed by all modern societies. It is also intended as a forum for reflection, as it presents current profiles of delinquent/violent behaviour in the EU member states and researches the causes of juvenile conflict. SIJUVI aspires to formulate a single European framework, a homogenous "law of minimums" throughout the twenty-five European member states.
